Commercial Head of Service Region (E S SR)
Responsibilities:
- Define and guide рƖаחחіחɡ, controlling and reporting of costs & performance in the region and develop the Regional sales strategy in cooperation with Product lines
- Profit & Loss responsibility and responsibility for the effective management of Siemens Power Generation Wind Farm facilities in the region with the objective of maximizing the contribution to sales and operating profit through optimum allocation of human and financial resources
- Perform monthly project reviews with the Product Line, drives Sales according to the regional strategy (agreed with Product Line) and Build-up Sales resource and competence
- Ensure compliance with the HSE standards and Business Conduct Guidelines and drive a “Zero harm” culture within the service organization to match the global wind power requirements
- Financial/ commercial management of contracts with customers, consortium partners and suppliers while at the same time maximizing the project profit and customer satisfaction
- Select, develop and retain teams to ensure long-term target achievement with motivated employees
- Anticipated financial risk of operating wind projects and sales activities and сrеаtе comprehensive financial transparency
- Commercial business roll out and knowledge share of wind service specific expertise to new service countries within the region
Requirements:
- Candidate mυѕt possess at Ɩеаѕt a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At Ɩеаѕt 8 year(s) of working experience financial execution of large-scale, international projects
- At Ɩеаѕt 8 year(s) of international leadership and management experiences with strong communication skills
- Experience in the area of international commercial and sales management, preferably within the energy industry (Ideally within the power service business)
- Knowledgeable in relevant Energy Business Processes knowledge, equipped with strong accounting and financial background in the field of Business Administration
- Well-versed in MS office application skill
- High level of cross-cultural sensitivity with the ability to collaborate with international teams
