(UAE – Abu Dhabi)

Responsibilities:

• Participating in preparation of Services Orders, budgetary estimates for contract works, monitoring contract costs, evaluating contractor performance and periodic reporting.
• Participating in administration and control of all outsourced services and manpower related to all maintenance activities carried out in the Division.
• Assisting in identifying maintenance works suitable for contracting out and in preparation of detailed technical specifications and scope of work thereof.
• Participating in work directions to assigned outsourced manpower in carrying out maintenance works on equipment.
• Assisting in implementation of Company’s HSE rules & procedures for contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum eight (8) years experience in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry, including 4 years in similar position.
• Gοοԁ knowledge in contracts administration and control in an industrial environment preferably in an oil/gas or petrochemical plant.
• Ability to speak, write and communicate effectively in English.
• EхсеƖƖеחt analytical & leadership skills.
• EхсеƖƖеחt team player.
• Proficient in the use of computer – MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.
• Knowledge on CMMS – SAP, Maximo.
