Responsibilities:

• Profile 1
• Responsible for leading the Company in the transformation to a Lean Manufacturing Organization.
• Required to рƖаח, develop, facilitate and effectively implement Lean activities throughout the Company.
• Work closely with the Lean consultants to develop and implement Lean manufacturing methodologies and management principles throughout the organization.
• Accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture throughout the organization by leading and facilitating Lean Deployment Activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices throughout the organization and works towards building a World Class organization.

• Profile 2
• Develop recommendations and lead efforts for establishing and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate transfer of best practices and continuous improvement processes
• Lead cross functional projects to achieve business objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of systems, infrastructure and management processes.
• Conduct regular analysis regarding the effectiveness of the operation and make timely recommendations regarding changes to support the business strategy

Requirements:

• Profile 1
• A good Degree in Engineering
• At Ɩеаѕt 5 years of manufacturing experience in a project-oriented and customer-driven high-mix low-volume manufacturing environment
• Gοοԁ knowledge and hands-οח experience in Lean Management
• EхсеƖƖеחt communication and facilitation skills Change Management skill,
• Outgoing personality with an open mind, dynamic, flexible and the ability to work and interact with all levels.

• Profile 2
• Degree in Engineering discipline or related fields.
• Certified Lean practitioner/Six Sigma and Black Belt trained
• Minimum 3 years’ of experience in high mix low volume metal precision machining manufacturing environment, preferably in Oil & Gas or equivalent industry.
• Training experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology, tools and techniques
• Drive improvement in Business Processes using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Understand basic financial fundamentals and concepts
• Possess broad general manufacturing process knowledge and change management skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills
