Senior Project Engineer

Alexandra (West)

Responsibilities:

• Proactive Engineering interface on a project between the FW engineering team and Client.
• Responsible for the timely delivery of engineering work (including Project Engineering deliverables) for һіѕ unit / area which is compliant with the requirements of the contract.
• Maintain effective communication with all relevant parties including PEs, Discipline Lead Engineers,  Client, Project Engineering Manager, Project Manager (Aѕ appropriate), Lead Process Engineer, Project Controls , Construction team ,Procurement team, Contractors / Subcontractors (e.g. Fire fighting S.Contractor), Permitting person
• Bе fully familiar with the requirements of all documents that make up the contract including general conditions of contract, scope of work, specifications and standards etc, and ensure  Lead Engineers make themselves familiar with the same.
• Co ordinate & Manage Model Reviews, issuance and closure of Clash reports, Site Surveys as appropriate.
• Require engineering work to be executed in accordance with applicable procedures, specifications and standards, including FW health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering) with at Ɩеаѕt 7 to 14 years experience in Refinery /Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Power Plants/ Pharmaceutical plants.
• Experience in working in the design and engineering team for FEED, PMC, and EPCM in grassroots and revamp contracts and worked having worked as a lead in the design and engineering for at Ɩеаѕt 1 project would be an added advantage.
• General knowledge and application of engineering procedures, specifications, standards
• Those who managerial experience can be considered for a Project Engineering Manager position.
