We are in an exciting situation with a growing factory where you will have a central role in the success. You will, among other things, be responsible for successfully combining local and global business strategies, implementation of HR processes as well as driving the leadership development in the organization together with the factory manager. You will work in High Voltage Products, a business unit in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures, and sells high voltage products. Your role will be central in the management team of the factory in Sevlievo and the Country management team of Hitachi Energy Bulgaria as well as the HR team of 14 colleagues in Europe. “With us, you will be an important player in a diverse and driven team with sound experience and competence. Your responsibilities

• Coach and drive the work throughout the HR cycle and with your skills also contribute to strengthening the managers in the organization and the others in the HR team;
• Work strategically with a focus on staffing the growing factory and retaining our valued employees;
• Manage and develop our HR business to meet local business goals and global strategies;
• Identify short- and long-term solutions for competence and leadership development in line with our pursuit of inclusion and growth;
• As country HR Manager have the responsibility to ensure equity and fairness across the business units and functions in line with local laws and country HR policy;
• Drive global HR projects together with our global HR colleagues.

Your background

• We value your personal skills highly and see that you are a problem solver in both small and large challenges, and dare to make decisions and take initiatives;
• The role requires that you are communicative and have a good ability to create relationships and networks both in the factory and in the European organization;
• It is an advantage if you have experience of leadership and labor law in previous roles;
• As we are a global team you need to be comfortable speaking and writing in both Bulgarian and English to communicate with everyone in your future network;
