Minimum shall hold Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferable in Engineering
Minimum of 15 years appropriate experience and training in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Equipment
Minimum of 10 years experience in Civil and Structural engineering disciplines
Lead Auditor: ISO 9001 / API Lead Auditor / ASQ CQA Certification / IRCA Certification
Shall be able and have experience in review QA/QC Procedures such as but not limited to QA/QC Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Inspection Procedures
Familiar with the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (IOGP) Life Saving Rules
“- Have detailed knowledge of ASME Code for Pressure Piping B31.3 and B31.8. and practical knowledge of ASME / AWS welding standards and welding procedural adherence requirements,
- Have experience in acceptance of Mechanical Completion Certification / check sheets and ability to perform walk downs and punch out for systems and sub-systems and understand requirements of completions test packs etc”
“In depth knowledge of
a. Oil & Gas Equipment
b. Strong technical skill & judgement
c. Strong understanding of manufacturing/fabrication process
d. Familiarity with the QSP’s procedure
e. Excellent working knowledge of national and international codes/standards”
