Job Description:

Pay is $26-30/hr plus OT and travel expenses, and you will also receive leave time, shares of company stock, 401K and medical / vision insurance benefits.

Responsibilities:

• You will –
• Operate drill rig(s) and oversee drilling operations for auger borings, standard penetration test (SPT) sampling, rock coring, monitoring well installations, infiltration testing and other types of drilling, as required.
• Maintain and Operate Company Drill Rigs
• Maintain and Operate the Utility Locating Unit
• Supervise and mentor drilling assistants on the drilling site.
• Be responsible for the care and maintenance of Company Equipment

Education: High School

• Education: High School degree or equivalent
• Have a Class A or B CDL as a plus
• You will have – Valid PA Class C driver’s License (CDL Class A or B a Plus) — Clean Driving Record

Experience: 36 months

• 2+ years geotechnical drilling; heavy equipment operations and working with PennDot inspectors preferred. – Relevant geotechnical drilling/operating experience. Demonstrated by operating track mounted drill rigs for geotechnical/exploration sampling including coring; hollow and solid-stem auguring; split-spoon sampling; etc. –

Skills:

• The ability to use a smartphone and computer to complete daily electronic tasks.
• Mechanical ability, including electrical, plumbing and / or heavy equipment operation, a plus.
