Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the development of Klüber’s gas compressor and Oil and Gas business
• Obtain market insights and evaluate potentials in the relevant KLX, including the identification of suitable market players and their respective business models
• Define business models and prepare qualified product value arguments together with the KLX to turn gas compressor and Oil and Gas potentials & prospects into sales
• Identify relevant gas compressor/Oil and Gas OEMs, packagers and service companies, evaluate their potentials and develop business
• Develop country/ regional specific competitor analyses and draw proper conclusions & decision models
• Define business models and prepare qualified product value arguments together with the KLX to turn gas compressor / Oil and Gas potentials & prospects into sales
• Compile customer specific competitor analyses and penetration strategies
• Work closely with the marketing team to support the creation of materials relative to gas compressors and Oil and Gas applications using creative tactics to promote the Klüber brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemist, or Business Administration preferred, or comparable knowledge and/or qualifications acquired in practice
• 6-8 years’ experience in the gas compressor or Oil and Gas business with solid knowledge of industry structure, stake holders, current trends, and applications.
• Experience in international sales or provision of technical services, preferably in the compressor industry and Oil and Gas industry or related to the lubrication of compressors and other oil & gas applications.
• Technical Sales Management experience
• Adaptable to working outside of regular business hours.
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to effectively explain and convey importance.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and professional customer focus
• Affinity to work internationally, with diverse cultures and across departments.
