  • Minimum shall hold Diploma 3 Degree (D3) in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years appropriate experience and training in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Equipment
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the inspection procedure for the electrical package equipment, and electrical apparatus and high voltage equipment/device
  • Have experience in inspection and testing / verification activities for surface preparation, coating, lining and insulation application during fabrication/construction, erection and installation
  • Experienced in evaluation and review of the discipline specific documentation which include but no limited to the following:
  • experience and training in quality control of application of passive fire protection and/or concrete coating may also be required,
  • have supervisory skills, ability and experience to carry out inspections to support the quality team and be familiar with relevant codes, coating systems / materials and manufacturers used

in oil and gas industries.

  • In depth knowledge of

a. Oil & Gas Equipment

b. Strong technical skill & judgement

c. Strong understanding of manufacturing/fabrication process

d. Familiarity with the QSP’s procedure for conducting surveillance inspection

e. Also posses adequate knowledge and experience of potential HSE risks

  • Capable in writing the inspection report in English
